Which art medium does Yvette use?

             Yvette paints using acrylic paints on canvas.
 

What does Low Inventory Prints’ mean?         

             Yvette declares a print Low Inventory when there is less than 50 signed and numbered limited edition prints left. Low Inventory Prints are only available framed.

              Yvette does this for two reasons:
  1. The prints become more valuable as the nearly sold out status is approached. Furthermore, it protects the value and exclusivity of the artwork. The value is upheld by ensuring the use of high quality conservation mattes and mouldings of the framed piece of artwork.
  2. Once the print is sold out, it will never again be available. Yvette does not reprint any print beyond the sold out collection of the numbered prints.

Yes. Call our toll-free number at 1-866-693-7600. If we are busy with another customer, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Can I purchase the Art of Yvette Moore anywhere else?

To ensure quality, the Art of Yvette Moore is exclusive to the Yvette Moore Gallery. We take pride in personally handling all of our customer’s individual requests and custom framing orders. Purchases can also be made online at www.yvettemoorefineart.com.

I cannot decide which art I want to give as a gift. Can I purchase a gift certificate for the Gallery instead?

Yes. We offer gift certificates in any denomination and recipients can use them on anything in the Gallery, including the Café. You will typically have one year to use the issued gift certificate, unless special circumstances need to made.

How can I get on your mailing list and how often will you contact me?

Simply fill out our email request form on the website to stay in touch and up to date with all of the newest releases, low inventory art, and upcoming events. Whenever we have something to share with you, we will send you our official newsletter. You can also request specific information. For example, if you are interested in Winter Scenes created by Yvette, that can be specified, and we will be sure you are one of the first to know when Yvette has completed new pieces of artwork.

I am giving the art that I am ordering as a gift. Would it be possible to have Yvette sign the back of the piece of art for me?

Yvette is always more than happy to personally autograph and include a message on the back of any art that is ordered. Because the art is exclusive to the Gallery, it is a very nice touch to add to any gift you are giving or simply purchasing for a special individual reason.

Gift Wrapping

Can I have my art gift wrapped?

Please let us know if you will be giving the gift directly to a recipient without opening it and we will gladly gift wrap your art before we package it for shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

How do you ship and is the art insured?

We ship by Canada Post and use Business Expedited Mail. All packages have a tracing number and are insured for the full value of the art. Usually, within Canada, art going within the province takes an average of 2-3 days, out of province is usually 3-5 business days. If you require the art quicker than this, we can arrange an overnight courier service for an additional charge. Shipments to Regina can be delivered the same business day service for $15.00.

International Orders are shipped either by Canada Post or Purolator Courier.
